The Staffordshire-based theme park is launching a Santa’s Sleepover break where families can enjoy a fun day at the theme park, an overnight stay at one of the resort’s hotels, a festive meal, and then a trip to Santa’s Grotto where each child will receive a gift from the big man himself!
Oh, and of course there’s a family souvenir photo for those who want to cherish the memory.
But that’s not all Alton Towers is doing to mark the festive season.
New for 2020, the resort is offering two new walking trails filled with dazzling festive lights.
As dusk falls, visitors can explore the Garden Lights Walk: Twinkling Stars route through the gardens with heaps of fun surprises along the way. For those who aren’t staying overnight, in the afternoon there will be a Garden Lantern Trail which takes you through a secret path in the gardens.
The resort’s Fountain Square will also play host to plenty of fun seasonal entertainment throughout the day.
Santa’s Sleepover packages start from £290 for a family of four and will include theme park entry, your hotel stay, the Santa’s Grotto visit, entry to the two new trails, and plenty more perks – check out the full list of what’s included below.
