SAVE 64%: A 32-inch Philips 4000 series LED-LCD TV (model No. 32PFL4664/F7) will be on sale at Walmart for $49 starting Thursday, Oct. 29 at 7 p.m. ET, but only for customers located in certain U.S. states.
On the hunt for a dirt-cheap TV ahead of Black Friday? We’ve got some good news and some maybe not-so-good news to share.
First, the good: Starting Thursday, Oct. 28 at 7 p.m. ET, according to their website, Walmart will kick off a deal where you can score a 32-inch Philips smart Roku TV on sale for the ultra-low price of just $49 — that’s 64% off its $138 MSRP, or an $89 savings. (This offer comes as part of the retailer’s pre-Black Friday “Limited Time Event,” which also includes some lowest-ever pricing on Apple’s second-gen AirPods.) If you need a small, inexpensive TV for your apartment, dorm room, or a spare bedroom, it doesn’t get much better than this.
The (possibly) bad news is that this sale is only available to shoppers in Indiana, Ohio, West Virginia, Virginia, Maryland, and Pennsylvania. You could try to skirt Walmart’s geo-restrictions using a VPN if you don’t live in one of those six states, hypothetically, but your delivery information might give you away. (Mashable has contacted Walmart to find out why this offer is so exclusive, and we’ll update this post when we hear back.)
If you meet Walmart’s eligibility requirements — you lucky dog, you — hit the blue button below later tonight to grab that TV for just $49 while supplies last. Otherwise, keep scrolling for some other stellar deals on TVs we found across several retailers as of 2:30 p.m. EST:
