Undoubtedly the loved-up pair will be focusing all of their attention on planning their royal wedding, but as any engaged couple will know, there’s another exciting event to plan too – the honeymoon.
Beatrice and Edoardo already boast some pretty incredible travel credentials, so no doubt their honeymoon will be a glamorous affair whether they opt for one of the world’s most romantic destinations, or even take inspiration from previous royal honeymoons.

For a royal couple it can also be an ideal destination thanks to the luxurious resorts offering up total privacy and glamour.
Beatrice is no stranger to the Caribbean having previously enjoyed holidays in the likes of St Barts, so it could be that the royal chooses to return and explore more of the breathtaking region to kick off married life in style.

2. Verbier, Switzerland
Verbier no doubt has a special place in Beatrice’s heart, as she’s been heading to the luxury ski spot ever since she was a little girl as her father owns a chalet there.
It could easily make for a fuss-free, luxury break, especially if the couple are thinking of opting for a winter honeymoon instead.
The Swiss ski resort offers impeccable skiing conditions with the ideal mix of snow and sunshine, not to mention it boasts seriously luxurious accommodation, shops and restaurants alongside its iconic apres-ski.
3. Amalfi Coast, Italy
Italy is where Beatrice and Edoardo got engaged, while on a holiday to Capri and the Amalfi Coast.
The couple only visited the region for a minibreak so it could be that they choose to return for a longer trip so they can explore more of the towns and the rolling green hills with its epic road trips to discover.
No wonder it’s hailed as one of Europe’s best honeymoon destinations.
4. The Maldives
The Maldives is one of those bucket list-worthy honeymoon destinations, and the island resorts offer up serious glamour as well as plenty of privacy for a royal couple on a getaway.
It’s already a hit with celebrities thanks to its white sand beaches, crystal-clear waters filled with tropical fish, luxurious resorts and of course those dreamy over-the-water villas.
It could be a new destination for Beatrice and Edoardo to explore together, and make some lifelong memories at the start of their marriage.
