Ryanair is kicking off September with a huge sale, slashing prices on one MILLION seats with fares from £5 each way.
When we took a look, there were flights for a fiver to heaps of destinations across the likes of Greece, Italy and Norway (at the time of writing, all of these are exempt from the FCO’s ‘all but essential travel’ rule).
There are plenty of tempting city break hotspots included too such as Berlin, Budapest, Dublin, Naples, Oslo, Riga and Vilnius.
You can already book the deals in the Ryanair sale online but you’ll need to do so by Wednesday 2nd September 2020 when the sale ends. The discounts apply to travel dates until the 31st October 2020.
The deals are subject to limited availability, so you may want to be quick if you find a discounted flight that’s perfect for you.
When we took a look, there were £5 flights available from an impressive array of UK airports; Belfast, Birmingham, Bristol, East Midlands, Liverpool, London Gatwick, London Luton, London Southend and London Stansted.
It’s worth noting that the Ryanair sale also includes destinations where the FCO currently advises against travel, such as Spain and France.
If you choose to book but the FCO advice doesn’t change and you can’t go, you’ll be subject to change fees if you request to change the date of your flight for a later holiday.
When the FCO advises against all but essential travel, travel insurance covering trips to that destination is invalidated (unless the advice was changed while you were already on holiday) – you can find out more in our travel insurance guide.
- During the coronavirus pandemic, countries may be subject to travel restrictions. Always check the latest FCO advice for your chosen destination before planning, booking, or going on a trip.
