Unsurprisingly, the release of the whistleblower’s complaint against Trump was a popular topic among the late night hosts on Thursday. Stephen Colbert shared some thoughts on it, Seth Meyers broke it down – and Trevor Noah had a few jokes to pitch in, too.
“That’s right, the whistleblower’s complaint has accused the president of soliciting foreign interference in America’s election — which is really bad for Trump,” says Noah in the monologue above. “What’s even worse is that this entire complaint is only nine pages long, which means people might actually read it.
“Hell, if it had a few pictures, Trump himself might even read it.”
What follows is a seven minutes of Trump-based mockery followed by some acted out suggestions of other phone calls that might be found lurking on Trump’s private server (sorry, Eric).
